My family can't thank you all enough, bouncy castle was just what we needed. Kids was so happy (and the adult kids too). My niece had such an amazing time meeting Georgie, Evie and the rest of the llama Gang! Thanks for suggesting it for her anxiety, she's over the moon and llama obsessed now. What an eye opening and unique experience, will highly recommend. They offer such a bespoke service that's second to none. Staff are super friendly and supportive.

Had an amazing experience when we visited Georgie and Ivy the Llamas and their other Llama and alpaca family , Katie and Belinda was so lovely and made our visit one that we will never forget, my husband Darren was apprehensive about going but I think secretly he enjoyed it more . Walking the Llamas is a must . We would highly recommend this to anyone and look forward to going again soon You need to visit the gift shop too , I bought a few bits xx

We booked a visit from the lovely Alpacas and Llamas for the Beachcomber. The children thoroughly enjoyed it & the team were easy to communicate with, came down and did a site visit and were very professional. We would definitely recommend them and use them again!

FAQS

Can any of your equipment be collected?

For insurance purposes, all of our inflatable's need to be delivered and set up by fully trained staff.

Can any of your equipment be hired over night?

This is something that can be discussed but additional charges may apply.

What time do you deliver your bouncy castles?

We normally deliver between 8am and 12 noon.

Every one will get a minimum of 6 hours use before we come and collect.

We will always be setup for the start time indicated on your booking form.

What time do you collect your bouncy castles?

We normally start to pick up around 5pm,Late pickups can be arranged but will incur additional charges.

Rodeos and wipeouts can be booked out at any time as they are hired in 3 hour slots.

Can your inflatables be used in the rain?

Some of our inflatable's are provided with shower covers therefore making them suitable for most types of weather, however care should always be taken if they are wet as the materials in which they are made are naturally quite slippery when they are wet.

When are your items available for hire?

Our items are available 7 days a week all year round including bank holidays.

What notice do I need to give?

It's best to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

How do I make a booking?

You can book by using the online booking system located on the website, this is a live booking system that takes a look into our diary. Alternatively you can send us an email at chris@partytimegrimsby.co.uk or phone us on 01472750476.

How do I pay for my booking?

Paypal, Bank Transfers or cash.

What happens if a problem arises during the hire period?

It is very rare that a problem arises that cannot be dealt with by the hirer. But in the unlikely event one should arise, feel free to contact us at any time and we'll be around ASAP to sort it out.

Are you insured?

Yes we have full public liability insurance of 5 million , so you can rest assured you are in good hands. This covers accident and injury caused by our equipment failing or incorrect or unsafe installation. As the hirer, you are responsible for ensuring adult supervision of the inflatable at all times. Beware of companies who do not have insurance. Always ask to see a copy of their insurance policy.
